Refund Policy

Familio Games is a digital service that provides immediate access to hosting tools and game screens once a plan is active. Because the core value is time-based access, refunds are limited and are handled case-by-case as described below.
1. No “Used Access” Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds after the Service has been used (for example, hosting an event, creating/running projects, or using the controller/display during the active plan period). This helps prevent abuse where a plan is used for an event and then refunded.
2. Technical Issues & Service Failures
If the Service is materially unavailable, repeatedly crashes, or key game functions fail in a way that prevents normal use, contact support as soon as possible. When justified, we may offer a reasonable remedy such as:
- time credit / extension of your plan,
- partial refund, or
- full refund in exceptional circumstances.
3. Accidental Purchases
If you believe a purchase was accidental and you have not materially used the Service, contact support promptly. We will review the request. We may deny refunds if the plan was used or if we detect abusive refund patterns.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while we investigate. We recommend contacting support to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
5. How to Request a Refund Review
Email us with your account email, purchase date, and a short description of the problem. We may request logs or screenshots to diagnose technical issues and confirm eligibility.
